To add a new link to your users My Site quick launch, follow these steps:
- Connect to the root site of the My Site web application as the SharePoint setup administrator account (eg, spAdmin).
- Go: Settings > Site Settings > Look and Feel > Quick Launch.
- Click New Heading, and then configure as desired.

- For my users, I added a heading link that navigates users back to their organization's home page. I changed the order so that this link appears at the top of the quick launch list of links.
- My 2013 farms are updated through the April 2014 CU.
